After a lovely day in London shopping and going to the Jay Z pop up shop…..
I come back to my car to find 6 policeman standing around it! To then be told that my car had been broken into! The whole of the back window smashed!
I unfortunately had left my bag on the floor hidden ( my shoulder was hurting from my exercise yesterday)
They stole my bag! Which included my glasses, all my make up, make up bag & a few personal things.
I literally left the car for 2 minutes, to get a drink…. Im guessing someone spotted me, which makes me feel so vulnerable….
All this in broad daylight in the west end!!
Now for the journey back to Bicester, with glass everywhere and no back window!!!!
I hate the idea that people are watching those that they think they can exploit…..

Been a Jay Z fan for 30 years…How could I not go to the pop up store…. Best hour!!!! ♥️Absolutely can’t wait for the con...

Today is Joe’s trail drug appointment.
We are 24 weeks into a new drug for his Crohn’s disease.
The JR hospital trial nurses and doctors have been nothing short of amazing!
Joe’s results for his Crohn’s are brilliant, the trial drug is working!
I know I talk about how wonderful he is .... Daily!
But he really is.
Without his strength, his determination to be “ ok” I don’t know where he would be.
We have a few big hurdles coming with his liver disease in the coming weeks .... But I’m sure my son with cope like he always does....
I post about his Crohn’s all the time.
I post about how hard it is to deal with, I post because I know so many people out there struggle with Crohn’s & Colitis.... & have no one to talk to about it. They don’t tell anyone at work! fAr It can be isolating.
It can be impossibly hard!
We hear you!!! fe we are always here x
Without my son having the courage to do this trial & potentially putting his own health at risk, there wouldn’t be new drugs on the market.
I am so so proud of him.
We will help find a cure..... we will help & make the lives of those suffering with C&C better....🙏🏽♥️

What a Thursday!!!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️

Today I got to spend some time with a woman who has won my heart!
Kate Coldwell- this wonderful woman spends her day trying to help find a cure for PSC. A very rare liver disease that at this moment in time doesn’t have a cure…. As I’m sure you all know now , my son has PSC.
This is why I climb mountains, run marathons, have parties.. all to raise money and awareness for auto immune diseases that you can’t see!!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart Kate ❤️
& thank you so so much for allowing Joe and I into the labs today.
I will continue to try and help you in anyway I can… x
