What a night 🤍

We feel so lucky to have been a small part of ‘A Night for Martyn’

Martyn’s sister Kelly, with the help of her friends, family, local businesses and the Bicester community, put together the most incredible evening to celebrate Martyn and what would have been his 40th birthday.

The night raised an absolutely incredible £30,570.85 for The Fire Fighters Charity, with the total raised since going on to pass £31,000 ❤️

It was so lovely to see how many people came together to support Kelly, remember Martyn and make the night what it was. You could really feel just how loved he was and how much the evening meant to everyone there.

We were so proud to be one of the local businesses supporting the night and feel really honoured that we got to be there and be a small part of something so special.

Kelly and everyone involved should be SO proud of what they created. What an amazing tribute to Martyn ❤️

With just over a week to go, we wanted to once again say a huge thank you to all of our incredible main sponsors.

🧸⏰ It's Tomorrow! The Teddy Bears Picnic! ⏰🧸

The wait is almost over! Tomorrow is the Teddy Bears Picnic, and we can't wait to welcome you to Garth Park from 11:00am until 4:00pm for a day packed with family fun.

🎟️ No tickets are required to attend. If you registered for a ticket, thank you! That was just to help us estimate numbers – we won’t be scanning tickets on the day.

The Bank of England has announced that the base rate will remain at 3.75%. 📢

No change this time around, which means it’s business as usual for now.

If you’re already on a fixed-rate mortgage, today’s announcement won’t change your monthly payment. If you’re on a tracker or standard variable rate, your lender is unlikely to make any changes following today’s decision. And if your mortgage deal is coming to an end, it’s still worth reviewing your options sooner rather than later.

The base rate is just one factor that influences mortgage rates, so whether you’re buying your first home, moving, remortgaging or simply wondering what this means for you, every situation is different.

As always, we’ll keep you updated after each Bank of England announcement so you know what it means without all the jargon.

One week ago we were celebrating 3 years of Bicester Mortgage & Insurances in London… 🥂✨

And honestly? We’re still not over it.

What a three years it’s been.

From taking a chance on a dream, to helping hundreds of people move home, remortgage and protect what matters most. We’ve welcomed new team members, new babies, worked more late nights than we’d like to admit, and celebrated some incredible milestones along the way.
