Every great business needs strong leadership, and these are the individuals driving Windsor Hill Mortgages' mission forward, supporting our advisory team, and structuring complex property deals. Say hello to Oliver Cotterell, Elliot Cotterell, and Jamie Cope!

With years of industry expertise, they shape our internal processes and handle specialist wealth strategies. Here’s some info about them:

Oliver is our Managing Director and Mortgage Expert, and specialises in investment strategy and complex income structures. Outside of the office Oliver enjoys spending time with his family, talking about farms, animals (especially chickens) and cannot survive without tea.

Elliot is our Co-Founding Director and Mortgage and Protection Expert. Elliot specialises in high-net-worth individuals and complex income structures. When he’s not speaking to clients, Elliot still manages to speak to clients even though they don’t know they are our clients yet. He also likes traveling, fitness and posh food.

Jamie manages our Mortgage Advisors, oversees our operations and keeps everything running seamlessly. Jamie enjoys spending time with his family, going at the gym and making pizza.

From high-level investment planning to keeping our advisory team sharp and efficient, they set the standard for everything we do (mortgages, protection and tea).

Get ready for an old-school sports day 🏆🏅

We’re thrilled to invite the Bath community and local businesses to a Charity Fun Day on June 25th, at 12 pm, at the Bath Rugby Lambridge Training Ground!

Hosted by Windsor Hill Mortgages, this high-energy afternoon is all about bringing people together for a fantastic cause: Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity. These real-life heroes rely entirely on donations to provide critical care and can fly from their base to Bath in just 4 minutes. 🚁
