Meet Russell!🌟

Joining us with over 24 years worth of experience in mortgage brokerage, Russell brings extensive industry expertise across both advisory and leadership roles. He began his career as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, progressing to a long-standing Team Leader position, before returning to a client-facing role as a Mortgage Expert.

During his time leading teams, Russell has mentored high-performing advisers, coached teams to achieve their targets and fostered a positive, motivated team culture. He is committed to building long-term client relationships and guiding clients through the mortgage process with clear, straightforward advice.

Outside of work, Russell enjoys travel, listening to music, reading, and following football and cricket.

Bath Boules 2026!

We had a great day competing in this years and wanted to say a huge thank you to the organisers and sponsers of the day🌟

Shaun has worked in the financial services industry since 2006, beginning his career in retail banking before progressing to a mortgage adviser role with a high street lender in 2014. After moving home to Bristol, he decided a more intimate working environment would better suit his strength in delivering a bespoke and highly personalised service to clients.
