3mc are really excited to announce that this year alone we are welcoming 8 college leavers to the team.

We have been working closely with some local sixth forms and educated them all on the world of mortgages, and we have had a staggering amount of interest.

This is a great opportunity for these young adults, leaving the structured world of full time education and entering into a regulated world of first charge mortgages. With the training we have on site, we are excited to see them progress and they are all looking forward to working through their CeMAP qualification which then gives entry into the trainee mortgage adviser academy, to learn how to become a mortgage adviser here at 3mc.

Given all the news of late about this age group - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/clypw8gyn18t - we are so excited to be able to provide opportunities like this to such young and local talent, and we cant wait for them all to get started.

We would also like to thank the local colleges for letting us educate the young adults and welcoming us into their community. The level of enthusiasm has been astounding 😊x
