We've been in Manitoba since 1967. Ryan took over in 2020, Shelley opened our Steinbach branch in 2022, and we're still a small team that actually picks up the phone.

We have two offices and 57 years worth of relationships across this province.

No call centres. No automated renewals that go out without anyone looking at them. Just real people who like what they do.

Quick reminder if you bought a boat, ATV, sea-doo, or off-road vehicle this spring:

Your home insurance does NOT cover these. They need their own policy.

Same goes if you own a rental property, a cabin, or even an older vehicle you only drive occasionally. People assume these are somehow bundled in. They're not.

We see this come up at claim time more than we'd like. Five minutes on the phone with us now is way better than finding out about the gap after something happens.

Hot take: "All insurance brokers sell the same thing" is probably the most expensive misconception in the industry.

Two people can have the same house and the same insurer, and end up with completely different coverage. One has sewer backup, overland water, and service line coverage. The other has the bare minimum and has no idea.

The difference is whether your broker actually reviewed your needs or just ran a quote and moved on.
