I live around Whistler. So do a lot of cashed‑out entrepreneurs.
I see what life looks like a year, five years, ten years after the exit. Some land well.
Some find it takes longer to feel grounded. The pattern is often not what entrepreneurs expect going in.
I’ve spent 15+ years advising entrepreneurs and professionals on the wealth side of a transition. The CEPA designation shapes how I approach this work—it’s about more than the financial event. It’s a personal one. The number you sell for is not the same as the life you build with it.
The Transitions Forum is one of the places where entrepreneurs start asking better questions early enough to act on the answers.
As part of the Vancouver advisory board, I’m focused on bringing more attention to the after‑the‑deal conversation—not just the deal itself.
