Our first Georgie Awards, and we are incredibly grateful to have brought home two.

We feel very fortunate for the recognition and for the amazing team behind this project. It was truly a collaborative effort, and we are lucky to work alongside such talented and inspiring people who helped bring everything together.

Meet Jess & Audrey - the interior design team at GNAR inc

GNAR inc has been offering interior design services for a few years now, and what continues to set our work apart is how closely we collaborate with our building design team from the earliest stages of a project.

We’re involved well before permit submission, helping shape functional layouts that can influence key architectural decisions such as window placement, room proportions, and plumbing coordination. These early conversations help ensure the design works from the inside out.

Because both teams work under one roof, we design within the same 3D model in real time. This avoids duplicated work, improves coordination, and helps reduce costly changes later in the process.

The result is a more efficient workflow and more cohesive, intentional homes from concept through construction - And Happy clients!
