Once I got into business I learned to master my calendar out of necessity.

From planning, prioritizing, saying no and trusting myself to execute; my mind just got so much more free to enjoy the present and worry less about what's to come...

There's never a reason not to learn a new skill if you have the belief that skills are transferrable and that every skill will stack to make life easier!

Learn on! 😉

Reducing my 2 biggest financial leaks (taxes and interest) made me have to work less OT, worry less money and it allowed me to focus on the things that truly mattered the most. (heart emoji)

Once I saw the math, the only thing stopping me was execution.

DM me to explore your version of this.

If you want more money, pay less taxes
If you want more money, pay less interest
If you want more money, grow your money faster

If you want more money AND flexibility, don't just try to make more money... level up your mortgage game!

Doing more of the same thing isn’t the solution… structuring your mortgage differently to get the highest and best use from it, is what will really accelerate your wins.

DM me to learn more.

I used to feel like strength came from being able to force myself to wake up at 4:30am to go to the gym.

But once I realized that there’s no glory in making my life harder and that it was actually the reason why I was failing on harder days, I pivoted.

I started to control my environment instead, to make things easier so that I could execute with less friction and get more done.. much more easily…

Having water, first thing in the morning.

Not looking at my phone right away.

Getting out of bed to start the chain of habits that get me to the gym.

Preparation gave me better odds to stay consistent.

What’s your hack for consistency?

Everyone one loves saying how starting a business and having your finances in order can help you make more money…

And even if that’s true for some…

For me, the perspective and flexibility to focus on what’s important now, is what it’s helped me with the most, especially during this last chapter in my life….

Now on to building the next chapter!

I'm 40 years old and I'm not afraid to admit that....

1. At 31, I felt like a FAILURE when my first child was just born, because I still didn't have a clear plan for how I would provide for my family's financial future.

2. I was DISSAPOINTED in myself when I finally analyzed the financial path that was on and realized that it wouldn’t even come close to covering expenses and providing experiences.

3. I felt HOPELESS that even with a good job and the unlimited overtime that I was maxing out, I still couldn't give my family the life that I wanted for them.

4. I got DESPERATE when the idea of refinancing my house or winning the lottery would only give short term pleasure but it wouldn’t really leave them better off in the long run.

5. Only then did I realize that I was still CLUELESS about how money worked.

6. Then I also realized that my kids would just see me as a HYPOCRITE, even if I gave amazing advice to start a business when they're young and invest early, unless I was already doing those things myself.

7. I knew I had to face the UNCERTAINTY despite having a comfortable government job and took my first step on a journey to learn as much as I could about business and finance.

8. Regardless of the FEAR that I felt now, that I’d one day know enough about business and money, to be able to guide my kids to live the dream life that they would want.

But of course, while on this journey, life hit hard… and I had to scale back my business and take care of some family health issues. Thankfully, I didn’t have to worry about money because of how I was able to use what I learned so far to structure my finances correctly.

Now, at 40, I can gladly look back and be happy that even though I'm not where I was hoping to be at this age, the steps I did take towards uncertainty and fear, still put me in a better place, than if I didn't.

If you're on a similar journey, feel free to follow along.
