Heart bursting! 🩷🩷🩷

Saturday night we celebrated five years of Good Measure Finance and I'm still not over what an incredible evening it was.

To the amazing women who sat at the table with me, thank you. And to the ones who couldn’t be there, you know who you are and how you supported me through this journey. A giant thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Here’s to making the next five years as incredible as the first five.💃

A leaky faucet doesn’t stop just because you stopped looking at the drip.

Same goes for your cash flow. Band aid fixes, Waiting it out, trying to out earn the problem or saying "well this is just business" won't fix the issue.

Doing nothing also a decision. It’s just the most expensive one.... And I never want that to be the one you choose.

I've never been scared of my numbers.
I can sit at a table like this on any random day and enjoy it, because I know exactly what’s in the business and exactly what’s mine. There’s no ambient dread under the surface. There’s no "I should check but I don’t want to".

I can’t tell you how many conversations with clients start with them not knowing even just a few key important metrics in their business. Metrics that if they knew, would point them in the direction of what needs to shift so quickly. And they're carrying that alone because admitting it out loud feels like admitting that they’re a fraud.

If you're feeling stuck with profitability or debt or cash flow in your business, I want you to know you're not a fraud, you never were. You’re brilliant at what you do, it’s just that....
