Safe Supply Streaming Co Ltd. has officially completed its rebrand to Altrova Health Inc., with common shares now trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new ticker symbol ROVA -- effective today, May 1, 2026.

The new name reflects a broader vision: building a growing portfolio of public health solutions, including the ToxiShield fentanyl and drink-spiking detection line and exclusive Canadian distribution of the NIRLAB NIRLIGHT drug analysis device.

We're pleased to share the results of our Annual General and Special Meeting, held April 8, 2026 in Toronto.

Shareholders approved our name change to Altrova Health Inc., the relocation of our registered office to Ontario, the re-election of our six-member Board, and the re-approval of our Omnibus Incentive Plan.
