Being recognized alongside such dedicated community builders is humbling. This mention reflects not just individual effort, but the support of my team, mentors, fellow board and committee members, and a community that invests in its people.

Thank you to United Way Central Alberta for championing young professionals who are committed to making Central Alberta stronger. Congratulations to my fellow honorees - I'm inspired by the work you're all doing.

Good morning,
We hope you are enjoying the hot weather as we near the end of August.
Here at The Zukiwsky Group we are proud to contribute back to charitable causes whenever and wherever possible. Each team member has active involvement in the community plus we love coming together to host and attend events for organizations such as the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation, Red Deer Food Bank, The Outreach Centre, Dress for Success, SPCA, minor hockey, and more.

**As a reminder, we are hosting our second annual Carnivore charity car show this Saturday from 11am to 3pm. This will be at the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame parking lot, just off of highway 2 northbound by Red Deer. Dozens of classic cars, food trucks, a kids zone, along with live music will be there. The best part? It is free, we just ask a donation to be made to the Red Deer Food Bank. For more details, I have attached the poster to this message.

We had an excellent time at The Battle of Alberta tournament in support of the Alberta child Advocacy Centre. Much thanks to all the players from the Flames and the Oilers alum that came out to help raise awareness and funds. Many special sponsors and donars and just an awesome day. The Zukiwsky Group sponsored the 60ft $10,000 putting challenge and saw many close shots!

Good day,
Now that summer is officially here, investment markets have warmed back up also. Many people now wonder if this trend will continue or will Trump and Co. throw a few more curveballs into the market. It remains to be seen of course, however Scotia strategists believe the second half of 2025 should be positive for investors.
