Each year, we take time to reflect on what’s working well celebrating those successes while also identifying opportunities to improve. I’m fortunate to work with a team of dedicated professionals who show up every day committed to delivering that level of care.

This year, we went away overnight and after a full day of strategic collaboration, we enjoyed delicious food and shared plenty of laughs while playing games. When you spend eight hours a day together, you really get to know one another and let’s just say that became very clear during the games!
