This one didn't take long...
9 showings in the first 3 days. An offer came in on day 2, the home was under contract on day 4 and just 8 days later it was officially sold.
The spring market is still moving, but it's definitely not the same for every property. Some homes are selling quickly, while others are sitting much longer than their owners expected.
The biggest difference right now is often pricing.
There's plenty of inventory available and buyers are paying attention. They know what good value looks like.
