Our team had a wonderful time at One More Cocoa, creating our own chocolate bars and learning the inspiring story behind this incredible local business in Durham.

Founded by Kenesha, One More Cocoa was inspired by the Caribbean proverb "One One Cocoa, Full Basket" meaning small, steady steps lead to success. What began as a passion project during the pandemic grew into an award-winning chocolate brand built on perseverance, creativity, and a love of bringing people together.

In 2023, One More Cocoa became the only Canadian brand featured on Oprah's Favorite Things, an incredible achievement for a local entrepreneur whose journey started with a few handcrafted chocolate bars and a dream.

Thank you, Kenesha, for sharing your story, your talent, and of course your delicious chocolate. We had an amazing time and left feeling inspired.
