RBA DECISION TOMORROW — 2:30PM

The RBA hands down its cash rate decision tomorrow at 2:30pm.

After three rate rises this year took the cash rate to 4.35%, all four major banks now expect a hold — June quarter inflation came in softer than forecast.

What it means for you:
→ Variable rate borrowers: no immediate change expected, but lenders reprice independently of the RBA
→ Fixed rates rolling off soon: your revert rate is set by your lender, not the RBA
→ Business owners: funding costs look to have peaked — a good window to review facilities

We'll post the outcome tomorrow. If your loan hasn't been reviewed since the February rises, it's overdue.
