🚒 Supporting the volunteers who support our community – Presentation 13 of 17 🚒

Continuing our series of CFA brigade presentations, we’re pleased to share the thirteenth of seventeen local brigades across the Dandenong Ranges receiving a $10,000 donation from Community Bank Upwey & District and Community Bank Emerald & District.

Together, these donations represent a $170,000 investment back into our local fire brigades, supporting the important work they do to help keep our community safe.

Our Business Development Manager, Andrew, recently had the pleasure of visiting Marysville Fire Brigade - CFA to personally present the donation and hear how this contribution will support their brigade.

It’s fantastic to see how this support will help provide better facilities for volunteers and assist the brigade with future needs.

We look forward to continuing to share how these donations will make a difference across our CFA brigades.

⛱️ Shade Sails for the Playground! ⛱️

Community Bank Upwey & District is pleased to contribute towards new shade sails for Holy Trinity Church in Upwey, which hosts a Mainly Music program for children from newborn to kindergarten age.

The existing shade sail is old, worn out and unable to be repaired, so the new sails will provide a much-needed shaded space for families.

With our support, the children will soon have a more comfortable and safe space to make music, laugh and play together. 🎶☀️

We hope to share some photos with you once the new sails are in place. 📸
