“International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.
IWD has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group or organization specific.
The campaign theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is *Inspire Inclusion*
When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world.
And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.”
The heart of has always been about empowering business owners. We share the skills, processes, and financial data that business owners need to feel confident about their business finances and to experience the peace that comes from being able to rely on their bookkeeping data.
Numbers aren’t everyone’s thing, and that’s ok! Numbers are OUR jam and there are so many ways we can support you. We can train you, or do the work for you. We can get things cleaned up and back to ground zero, and we can set up processes and routines to keep things flowing consistently.

On a personal note, I am so proud to be a bookkeeper for the way I see our work changing peoples lives and supporting almost every other industry.
As we are celebrate the impact and achievements of women around the world today on IWD, I am delighted to share that although the finance industry has typically always been considered a male-dominated industry, recent surveys are showing that a whopping 90% of bookkeepers (specifically) are WOMEN.
