What a fantastic day being part of our local community and joining in the Halloween fun!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Aussie and entered our Halloween Giveaway Basket. We received over 130 entries, which is incredible! We’ll now be collating and validating all entries before announcing the lucky winner in the coming days.

A special thank you to Leigh and her wonderful family for helping throughout the day by stamping the Trick or Treat books and collecting entry details. Your support made the event run smoothly and is greatly appreciated.

We found the apartment of our dreams and bought it thanks to David and Mark. I had the initial phone call with David who explained how things work and organised an appointment with Mark, the broker. I really don’t know how we would have done this without Mark. He explained everything so simply but was never condescending. Buying a house is stressful and there’s all sorts of jargon the everyday person isn’t familiar with, Mark does this day in and day out, but he doesn’t make you feel patronised. He was supportive and made every step clear. Every text message and phone call was answered. The whole process happened so fast (with a few laughs along the way)! We were hoping it would be speedy because we were worried someone would beat us to making an offer, Mark made us feel like we were his priority and with the speed of things and the clarity it was impossible not to feel looked after by someone genuine. Mark is a really great broker but even better person. It was like popping in to see a mate but that mate is doing a lot of home loan heavy lifting.

I’ve already recommended him to one of my friends who is hoping to buy in the future but I’m here to highly recommend him to everyone. 10/10.
