A lot of people think you need to save another deposit to buy an investment property.
Sometimes… you don’t.

In this example:
Home purchased: $760k
Value today: $950k
Loan: $550k
Equity accessed: $180k
That equity was used as the deposit and costs to purchase a $750k investment property.

Result:
✅ 2 properties
💰~$1.7M portfolio

I get this question from clients ALL the time 👇
“Should I switch to weekly repayments to pay off my loan faster?”

The truth?

If you have an offset account — it won’t make a difference.

Your interest is calculated every single day, and your offset balance is what reduces it… not how often you pay.

Only basic loans (with no offset) get a benefit from changing repayment frequency.
