INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION
Arma Insurance Brokers Goulburn is seeking an Insurance Administration professional to join their team in Goulburn, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the insurance operations of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
• Processing and managing insurance claims, including gathering required documentation, liaising with clients and insurers, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining detailed records and files related to insurance policies and claims
• Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as needed
• All aspects of general office duties
• Collaborating with the wider insurance team to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite of products
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Be willing to learn & grow professionally within the insurance industry
