Some news I'm proud to share. 🥁

I've been named a Finalist for the WiBF Award for Achievement in Professional Services at the 2026 National Industry Awards, recognised alongside 300 outstanding nominees from across banking and finance.

WiBF has spent years championing something the industry still needs more of: genuine, structural support for women building careers and businesses in finance. Not token recognition, but real advocacy for diversity of leadership, thought and experience in an industry that shapes so much of everyday life for Australians.

That mission matters to me.

Panache Financial was built on the belief that regional Australians. and particularly women navigating finance, whether as clients or professionals, deserve better access, clearer advice and brokers who actually understand their circumstances.

Being named a finalist for this award tells me that approach is resonating, not just with clients, but within the industry itself.

Representation in finance leadership isn't just a nice-to-have. When more women are visible in this space, more women feel confident to ask for advice, negotiate terms, and take control of their financial futures. That's the ripple effect I care about most.

Proud to be a finalist. Prouder still to be part of an industry pushing toward something better. 🙌

A line that stopped us in our tracks at the Women in Finance event last month 💙 Life happens, and it can knock even the most financially savvy person off course.

Grateful to be in the room with so many others across the finance industry who care about doing this work with empathy, not just efficiency.

20 days to go - 2026 Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards! 🩷💼

I’m so wrapped to share that Panache Financial has been named a Finalist in the Financial Services category at the 2026 Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards.

This year over 3,500 quality entries were received from small businesses across Australia, so to be standing among the finalists is something we're incredibly proud of.

It's a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the hard work our team puts in every single day, from Goulburn to right across regional Australia.

The countdown is officially on to the big night on Saturday, 26 September, where the 2026 winners will be announced.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Panache along the way. Regional heart, national reach, and national recognition.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible men out there showing up, guiding, and leading with love.
Fatherhood isn’t defined by a single title or a biological bond. It’s found in the dads raising their children, the stepdads who stepped in, the grandfathers, uncles, mentors, and every person who chooses to be a steady father figure when it matters most. Family comes in so many different forms, shaped by devoted fathers and mothers alike who give their all every single day.
Looking back, I know without a doubt that I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am without the amazing men and women who helped construct the life I have today. Your patience, sacrifices, and presence build foundations that last generations.
To everyone filling that role: thank you for showing up, thank you for guiding the way, and thank you for all that you do. Happy Father’s Day!

Still not sure my feet have touched the ground! 🏆✨
When they announced my name as Regional Broker of the Year, I’m pretty sure I launched straight out of my seat. But the absolute best part? That walk to the stage.
Running the gauntlet of tight hugs, high-fives, and pure hype from the most incredible, powerhouse women around me was everything. You really do get back the energy you put out into the world, and being surrounded by that kind of fierce, genuine sisterhood is the real trophy.
Representing regional Australia is something I carry with so much pride every single day.
To my phenomenal clients and everyone who sends referrals my way: this smile, the tears, and the ridiculous happy dance are all for you. Thank you for trusting me with your dreams and backing me to do what I love! 🥂💃

Such a valuable morning for Panache Financial at the MFAA Women in Finance Series 2026

“Women in Finance Broking: When finance gets personal. Building confidence for the conversations that matter most.” 💙

Danielle Walt from Financial Counselling Australia led a powerful and eye-opening session on understanding financial vulnerability, providing real tools for having harder conversations with clients, with empathy and confidence - which resonates deeply with Panache’s morals and values.

A room full of brokers showing up not just for the numbers, but for the people behind them.

Especially proud this event supported Full Stop Australia, whose work provides free, specialist counselling for people impacted by sexual, domestic and family violence.
