Starting a business means you will come across problems you have not seen before.
Hetal Lakdawala, a First Class Accounts franchisee, shared that early on, some client issues were complex and unfamiliar, including errors in accounting source entries.
What made the difference was having a network to turn to.
When she reached out, other franchisees were willing to help, including sitting down with her one-on-one to work through the problem step by step.
That kind of support matters.
It is one thing to be told there is a network behind you. It is another to experience people going out of their way to help you succeed.
That is the value of being part of a franchise community.
