We’re pleased to announce that our WOLLERT, VIC First Mortgage Investment Opportunity has now been fully subscribed and is officially closed to new investors.
This investment provided investors with exposure to a $2,000,000 first mortgage loan facility secured against a strategically located development site in Melbourne’s rapidly growing northern corridor. The facility was structured with a conservative 60.6% Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) and offered investors a target return of 9.5% p.a., with the underlying security supporting the future development of the proposed independent school.
