We’re pleased to share an exciting update with you from our Managing Director, Dave Beard. After more than 25 years as a successful property company bringing to market landmark residential projects and seven years delivering more than 120 SDA Smart Homes, our company is now part of the Szabo Health Care Group - the new parent entity that will oversee our growing ecosystem of supported living brands.

While continuing our commitment to deliver superior quality SDA housing, we’re also getting ready to launch our purpose-designed Memory Care SDA Smart Homes, a new generation of housing specifically built for people living with dementia. Along with a quality home is the provision of quality care provided within it. We work with a range of SILs (Supported Independent Living Providers) to provide the care in our homes and are non-exclusive so our tenants are able to choose which provider they would like to work with.
