At Oakwood Finance, we believe leadership is not simply about saying we care about the community — it is about showing it through action.

On 08/08, our team will be taking part in Mission Australia’s “Sleep In Your Car” initiative to help raise awareness and support Australians experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.

Every day we work with clients around homes, property and financial futures, however this initiative is a reminder that not everyone has the stability and security many of us may take for granted.

As a business, one of our goals has always been to contribute beyond finance alone and support meaningful causes that make a real impact within the community.

We are proud to stand alongside Mission Australia and support the important work they continue to do across Australia.

I am proud to have registered for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout in Adelaide.

Like many Australians, I’ve seen firsthand how much tougher life has become for individuals and families doing it hard — particularly with rising living costs, housing pressure and financial stress continuing to impact our communities.

While one night sleeping outdoors is only a small glimpse into the reality many people face every day, I’m proud to support an initiative helping provide accommodation, food and essential support services to Australians experiencing homelessness.
