VACANCY | FUNERAL PLAN SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Russell & Son Funeral Directors is looking for an experienced Funeral Plan Sales Representative to join our team in East London.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably in funeral plans, insurance, financial services or a related field
* National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
* Own reliable transport
* Willingness to travel
* Good English communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Professional, self-motivated and target-driven
* Able to work independently and meet sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell funeral plans to prospective clients
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Meet with clients and explain available funeral plan options
* Meet agreed sales targets
* Provide professional after-sales service
* Maintain accurate client and sales records
We are looking for someone who is confident when dealing with people, comfortable working towards sales targets and committed to good customer service.
