I was uninsurable due to my claims history which I strongly disputed having paid the insurance company over R940k with a claims histoty of R320k the last claim being not paid out in full after floods in kzn namely Port Edward.
Anyhow I found Lyn and Alex.
I was able with their professional guidance and advise to insure my Bnb called Ocean View with a R100k excess.
This excess has gradually come down and is now R5k.
Lyn suggested I remove my contents from my policy which was a huge saving.
We have banked this saving in a seperate account.
Over the next 12 years we replaced a pool pump 3 T V sets a gate motor and our energiser from electric fence plus a borehole pump.
We currently have close on R110k in that savings account.
We also own a large guest house and Frazana advised us to insure our 2 phones and laptop and specified items on that policy.
Just a mere 2 moths ago my laptop was accidently knocked off my desk by a guest and conked in 3 days later.
I put in a claim for R30k
And was paid within 4 working days R29, 750
Incredible fast efficient service.
Last month a geyser burst at our large guest house on a Friday afternoon at 15.00hrs.
I called Frazana
The geyser was replace the same day and the payout was on the Tuesday.
We have had the most incredible service from Afscot.
Lyn created a whattsapp group with all her clients which is so helpful to all even with referral bookings...
Its like one big happy family networking together.
I have had major surgery to my back and we live in Port Edward.
I was at the Etekweni heart hospital.
My wife needed to book a bed in a bnb nearby.she called
Lyn ...who just said come and stay with me...
It was so convenient for my wife...Lyn is such a lovely person with a radiant infectious personsality that is so encouraging and inspiring.
