Capital Legacy

Capital Legacy Wills and Estates Specialists More than 70% of South Africans pass away without a valid Will in place. At home. At the office. At a coffee shop. That’s correct.

Capital Legacy has drafted more than 500 000 Wills over the past 10 years and are trusted by more than 14 000 financial advisors countrywide. Our goal since inception has been to help more South Afri

cans have valid Wills in place. Capital legacy is on a mission to raise awareness around the importance of having an updated final Will and reducing this statistic across South Africa. Five ways we make it easy for you to get your Will drafted

1. We have more than 200 consultants around the country who can meet you at a time and place convenient for you. We also offer virtual and telephonic consultations.

2. No charge for drafting your Will. We don’t charge you for the consultation or the drafting of your Will.

3. No charge for collecting your signed Will. Our courier service makes sure that your signed Will is safely collected and delivered to us – and we pick up the tab!

4. No charge for keeping your Will in safe custody. We will keep your Will in a secure vault, ensure it is barcoded and easily retrievable – at no cost to you.

5. No charge for making amendments to your Will. We encourage our clients to review their Wills every few years and especially after major life events. We don’t charge you anything to make these changes ensuring your Will remains up to date. We also offer expert solutions and products that address real needs designed to protect families in the event of an unforeseen passing of a loved one. Our Legacy Protection Plan™ (LPP) is a unique and innovative insurance product that accompanies your Will and guards your loved ones’ inheritance against the high legal fees and costs when you pass away. The LPP™ not only covers the fees for Executor, Conveyancing Attorney, Masters Office and Testamentary Trusts, which could amount to hundreds of thousands of Rands, but also provides for cash immediately after death and can be further extended to cover other unforeseen expenses.
