🎪 Modern events often depend on screens, sound, lighting, projection, live-streaming equipment and specialist suppliers.
When something goes wrong, the key question is not only what failed, but what the failure affects.
A damaged item of equipment may create one type of exposure. A temporary structure, public-facing setup or supplier installation may introduce liability considerations. If the event cannot continue, the risk conversation changes again.
That is why early questions matter. What is being used? Who is responsible for it? Is it hired in? How essential is it to the event going ahead?
Better questions lead to clearer risk planning.
