Role description: Junior Broker Assistant - Short-Term Insurance Brokerage
Oaktree Risk Managers cc a Short Term Insurance Brokerage based in Boksburg wants to appoint a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Broker Assistant to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Amendments
•Liaise with insurance companies regarding policy changes, renewals, and underwriting requirements.
•Ensure that all documentation related to insurance policies is accurate and updated.
•Maintain and manage accurate records of policies and correspondence with clients and insurers.
•Work closely with the Insurance team to ensure administrative support is provided as required.
•Ensure compliance with Insurance regulations and company policies.
•Handling of all types of Short-Term Insurance Claims
Desired Experience & Qualification:
•Grade 12
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
•High attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have reliable and/or own transportation to and from work.
