Running a clinic is tough. On one hand you have to balance patient care, and on the other hand, you have administrative tasks and staff management demanding your time as well.

As your business continues to grow, you’re finding yourself doing a lot more juggling and a lot less balancing.

Today is the 1st National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. A day where we commemorate the hundreds of thousands of Indigenous children that were victims of Residential Schools and their families that were impacted by this traumatic upheaval of culture, tradition and identity.

We stand in solidarity with our Indigenous community and promise to continue to learn, listen and stand by them.

We're bringing you something a little different today. Look around you, wherever you may be seeing this, sitting, standing, indoors, outdoors, under an overcast sky or a sunny day, you are here on this beautiful planet that has given us so much for us to come as far as we have. And there should be more to come, yet at the rate we are headed, the future seems bleak. And as much as it may feel like the little guy can only do so much to help protect and preserve our planet, there is power in knowledge and numbers. We live in privilege in a nation that gives each one of us a voice to use. Demand change, demand greater accountability. From our governments, corporations and communities. We must reclaim what we have for so long overlooked. This is our home and we must all take pride in protecting our environment. We are in this together!
