“I already sent you that bank statement.” If you’ve thought that in the middle of your loan, nobody’s ignoring what you sent.

Most of the time a second request means something on the copy didn’t come through. A page number got cut off, part of the account number is missing, or the scan came out blurry. Underwriting needs every page clean and complete, so we ask again.

If you’re ever unsure why a document is being requested twice, ask us. We’ll tell you exactly what’s missing so you can send it once and keep moving toward closing.
