Not your typical Northfield listing. 👀🏡⛳️

Had the chance to check out 7 Casey at the Broker’s Open with Bobby Todorov, and this property is pretty amazing. Sitting directly on Atlantic City Country Club, the home has sweeping golf course views plus a skyline view stretching toward Atlantic City, Ventnor and Margate — something you just don’t find every day in Northfield.

5,000 sq. ft. • 5 bedrooms • 5 baths • Offered at $1,050,000

So much house, an incredible setting, and really well positioned at this price. This one is a rare find.

Bobby has the house. I’ve got the financing. 😉🔑

Congratulations to Cara and Mike Brino on the purchase of your beautiful new shore home! 🏡💙

This closing was especially meaningful because I had the opportunity to work alongside my best friend, Cori Totoro- Basile. Cori guided Cara and Mike through the home search and purchase process as their Realtor, and I was honored to help them secure the financing as their mortgage loan officer.

Helping great people achieve their homeownership goals is always rewarding, but getting to celebrate this milestone with friends makes it even more special.

Wishing you countless memories, laughter, and amazing summers in your new home. Thank you for trusting us to be part of such an important chapter in your lives.

Congratulations and welcome home! 🥂🔑🏡

Need money for a big expense… and not sure where to pull it from?

Most people default to a personal loan.

But if you’re a homeowner, you may have a much cheaper option sitting right under you 👇

✔️ Lower interest rates
✔️ More flexible access to funds
✔️ Potential tax advantages (depending on use)

That’s where a HELOC comes in.

This guide breaks down the real differences so you’re not overpaying for convenience: https://fahmloans.com/blogitem/heloc-vs-personal-loan
