I copied this comment from another insurance agent Andy Covell. He hit it on the head! If you talk to someone on the phone about Medicare just know they don't know what's going on in your area, they just want the commission.
I want what's best for you even I get a commission or not. Please use a agent in your county and/or state.
Please do not give strangers on the phone your info!

The telesales agent is someone while they can know all about the basics of Medicare, they lack any experience in the area in which they call for; because they don’t live there. They don’t know the hospital systems or doctors in the area. They use Medicare.gov and Sunfire to call all over the country not knowing really what they are doing as long as they “can get the current senior off the plan they have so their FMO and the agent can get commission”.

The telesales agent relies on closing as many sales as possible knowing very well they won’t keep nearly what they wrote because they aren’t experts on all the states and areas.

An agent is only has valuable as he knows his/her area and the complications of the area (new hospitals opening, doctor groups working together, specialists retiring, etc)

I can help you get a cancer plan just in case. I got my husband a great plan and thankfully I did. He was diagnosed with throat cancer soon after. It's helped us tremendously. 509-317-9444
