Well… it’s been a minute since our last post (👻 Halloween, anyone?) — so what better way to come back than with community. 💛

We were proud to sponsor the first Meet & Greet of the year for the Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce!

🎃👻 Spooky season showed up strong at the office today!🎃👻

From Princess Aurora glam to classic black cat vibes, we had so much fun getting into the Halloween spirit — even if we were missing our remote team who couldn’t join in on the costumes this year. 🖤💻✨

The candy flowed, the laughs were plenty, and we’re wrapping up the day with only a slight sugar crash. 🍬🍭🍫

Came back from a Farmers conference with zero photos…

But I did come home to this. 🏆

The Prime award is officially on the shelf—still early days, but things are taking shape fast.

Lately, I’ve been reminded how much these simple moments matter.

This weekend, six agencies came together for a much-needed picnic—just a few families, a few kids, and a chance to reconnect. Hosting this was something I truly enjoyed, and I’m grateful to everyone who made the trip, especially those who drove in from far away. Your presence made the day.

Still thinking about Wednesday night’s Meet & Greet.

We had thoughtful conversations about emergency planning, community resilience, and how the right coverage can make a meaningful difference when life doesn’t go as planned.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to take part — and even more grateful to be part of a community that shows up, listens, and looks out for one another.

Just back from an insurance conference in Las Vegas—yes, they happen. No jackpot this time, unless getting lost in a casino labyrinth counts.

I spent a few days with brilliant agents, caught some genuinely eye-opening sessions, and even landed a photo with our CEO… and my dad, who’s also in the industry. We started this path at different times, but it's been pretty cool to share it.

Key takeaway? Growth shouldn’t feel cozy. If your goals don’t make you squirm, they’re probably too small. Building something meaningful—for our team, our agency, and the people we serve—means leaning into a little discomfort.

Now back home with fresh ideas, a mild caffeine dependency, and camera roll full of conference highlights.
