• Check the full email address or phone number, not only the sender’s name.
• Look for unusual links, misspellings, or wording that seems off.
• Be cautious if you’re unexpectedly asked for passwords, account information, or verification codes.
• If you’re unsure, contact the company directly using a phone number or website you know and trust.

Scammers often want you to act quickly. If a message about your account doesn’t seem right, take a moment to check before you click, reply, or share information.
