https://linktr.ee/financialpaths Financial Pathways of the Piedmont is accredited by the national Council on Accreditation (COA) as a high-quality provider of consumer financial counseling services. All FPP financial counselors are trained and certified to serve

clients professionally and with the latest information and options. Until September 2012, our name was Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) of Forsyth County. Our new name reflects the enormous variety of services we now offer clients to help them address both challenges and aspirations in their financial lives. Our new name also represents our heart felt belief that a wise financial path is within everyone’s reach. Through the generosity of donors and program funders, we are able to serve local residents for either no charge or a very low fee.

Today, on World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, we're sharing Mrs. Luck's journey with our Senior Financial Care Program.

Financial exploitation is sadly one of the most common forms of elder abuse -- but you're not alone. Our Senior Financial Care counselors work with adults age 60+ to navigate financial challenges, establish a sustainable monthly budget, and ensure they can live peacefully and independently.

At Financial Pathways, we're proud to offer such a valuable service. If you, or someone you know could benefit, we're here. Comment 'CARE' and visit the link in our bio to get started.

Thank you The Winston-Salem Foundation!

June is National Homeownership Month, and we're proud to support partners helping make the dream of homeownership more attainable for families across our community.

Through financial counseling, credit rebuilding, homebuyer education, and down payment assistance, Financial Pathways of the Piedmont is helping individuals and families build financial stability and create pathways to generational wealth. The Winston-Salem Foundation and the Black Philanthropy Initiative are honored to support this important work.

The pay gap isn't just a gender issue. LGBTQ+ adults are 7% less likely to be employed — and those who are earn 7% less than their cisgender, straight counterparts. (OECD, 2024)

That's not a statistic. That's someone's livelihood.

Financial Pathways of the Piedmont stands for workplaces where everyone earns, grows, and belongs. Economic equality IS Pride.

Let us collectively take a moment to recognize and celebrate those who have paved the way for the work we do. The individuals who serve as catalysts for change, never back down from a challenge, and fight every day for the betterment of our community and our agency.

Few embody those qualities more than our very own President & CEO, Phyllis Caldwell-George.

Today, we not only recognize Phyllis, but we honor her extraordinary 28-year commitment to Financial Pathways of the Piedmont and the mission that drives our work. Through her leadership, vision, and unwavering dedication, she has helped shape this organization into what it is today and continues to leave an indelible mark on our staff, clients, and community.

Phyllis, if you do not hear it often enough, thank you for the footprint you have created and the lasting impact you continue to make on behalf of Financial Pathways of the Piedmont each and every day. Your passion for this work and commitment to those we serve are truly appreciated.

Please join me in congratulating Phyllis on this remarkable milestone.
