I normally don’t post like this, but I need to warn others about my experience with Tree Surgeon LLC (owner: Billy).
I hired this company to:
• Remove 3 trees and cut back canopies
• Remove poison ivy along my carport and fencing
• Trim privacy bushes 10 inches
• Grind/remove stumps
The work was scheduled for August 29, 2025 with the agreement it would be finished that same day (I specifically said no weekend work). Instead:
• My car window was shattered during the job. Billy initially denied responsibility and even sent a receipt claiming “no damage,” until I confronted him. He threw a tarp over my car and left.
• Stumps were not removed. Poison ivy was left untouched. Branches were dumped in the wrong place and trash (including bottles) was left in my yard.
• Since then, I’ve gotten nothing but excuses about blowouts and broken promises to return. He never came back, never answered my calls, and never responded to my texts.
• To make matters worse, Billy blocked me after I commented on a video he posted of MY home. Interesting how he can use my property for views, but can’t return to finish what he was paid for or respond to the client whose home he damaged.
👉 This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. Do not hire Tree Surgeon LLC.
I have photos, receipts, and messages to back this up, and I am filing complaints.
