A few weeks ago, we posted about a change in state law that’s taking effect on October 1: NCDMV is moving to an all-electronic registration system.

That means if you register your vehicle for the first time or renew the registration on or after October 1, you’ll no longer receive a physical license plate sticker or printed registration card.

As we all know and accept in eastern NC, its only a matter of time before we get impacted by a hurricane. Make sure you have the right coverage and the right agency to represent you. And PLEASE consider flood insurance..all of NC is at high risk of flood, whether you are in a “flood zone” or not!
