“That’s an entire new oil boom without the infrastructure challenges,” said Gov. Kelly Armstrong. “This isn’t about the energy industry. This isn’t about western North Dakota. This is about the whole state.”

Mineral value can follow a bell curve 🔔. Values are often lowest when minerals are unleased and can reach their peak during the narrow window between the initial spud date, drilling, and completion of fracking—before the well is brought online and begins producing.

Timing matters. Knowing when to sell can make a significant difference in the value you receive.

Even if you already have offers, it never hurts to get a second opinion at not cost or obligation:)

At Bakken Royalties, we have access to HUNDREDS of buyers, both large and small, giving us the ability to connect mineral and royalty owners with buyers who recognize the value of their assets.

My team is actively buying minerals in Williams County, ND. Specifically, T154N-R104W-Sections 25 and 36.
This is in the Painted Woods oil and gas field directly west of Williston and Slawson is the operator on the Nabors X25.
If you believe you have minerals in that area, my team would love to make you an offer.

**Havre, MT! 🚨**

A brand-new gas well was just permitted on August 28, 2026, in Hill County, Montana.

The proposed Ollie #1, operated by Hereford Resources, LLC, is planned as a vertical well targeting the Souris River/Red River formations.

If you own minerals in the targeted area, now may be an excellent time to evaluate what your mineral rights could be worth. With new drilling activity proposed, mineral values in the area could be approaching significant value.

Interested in a valuation? Feel free to reach out to me at 701-609-2753 or via email [email protected]
