I built a mid-six-figure bookkeeping business without any of it.

Coming Soon: The Six-Figure Bookkeeper™

A behind-the-scenes course featuring actual financial statements, tax returns, pricing decisions, and lessons learned along the way.

Because without proof, you’re just another liar on the internet. I’m bringing receipts. 💅🏻

Somewhere along the way, the internet decided:
✨dashboards + Zoom calls + cash flow templates = CFO✨

The amazing CFO’s I worked with were people who spent years leading companies, managing risk, navigating financial crises, communicating with banks and investors, building strong teams, making hard operational decisions, and carrying real executive responsibility — all with the education and experience to back it.

Not:

❌ “I took an Instagram course that says I’m a CFO”
❌ “I renamed myself a CFO because bookkeeping sounds less impressive”
❌ “I reconcile bank accounts and suddenly advise on mergers, staffing & strategy”
❌ “I upgraded my bookkeeping package”
❌ “I made a KPI dashboard”

The CFO title should actually mean something.

Stop trying to cosplay executive leadership for your own financial gain.

One thing I’ve learned in business?

The clients who value your work rarely create the most problems.

The ones who nickel-and-dime you, delay payments, disappear mid-project, and question every invoice usually cost the most in time, stress, and energy.

Cheap clients are rarely “cheap.”

They’re expensive in different ways. 😂

10 Things I Spend Money On as a High Earner:

1️⃣ Travel — with an economy budget (except for 2, 3, and 4 😏)

2️⃣ Experiences — anything that creates lasting memories. Like going to the Eras Tour in Ireland (and Philly) with my sisters and nieces. Side note: this video was taken at 10:04 PM!

3️⃣ A room with a view — This is non-negotiable.

4️⃣ Travel conveniences — direct flights, good seats, convenient parking, prime hotel locations, and staying near the airport before an early flight. I’m buying time and reducing stress.

5️⃣ A delicious meal — life’s too short for mediocre food.

6️⃣ Monthly massages — at my chiropractor’s office. Strictly medicinal.

7️⃣ Monthly house cleaning — I’ve been sinus infection-free for over a year. Worth. Every. Penny.

8️⃣ Lawn mowing — because allergies and I are not friends.

9️⃣ Practical home upgrades — generator, central air, landscaping, and things that make everyday life better. Fun fact: most homes where I live weren’t built with AC.

🔟 Quality coffee at home — Illy for life.

The older I get, the less interested I am in impressing people. I want convenience, experiences, health, and peace of mind.

I don’t spend money to look rich.
I spend money to enjoy my life.

Honorable Mentions:
👟 Comfortable shoes — Camper forever.
😴 A good night’s sleep — my Sleep Number bed and I are in a serious relationship. 😂
🍰 Dessert — always.

Because It Goes Without Saying:
💚 Charities that make the world a better place
📈 Roth, SEP, and brokerage contributions
I don’t really consider these optional. They’re just part of the plan.

10 Things I Can Afford But Choose Not to Buy:

1️⃣ Botox, mani/pedis, and constant salon appointments. This is just my face, guys. 😂

2️⃣ Luxury cars —my long-time paid-off 2014 Honda CR-V (purchased in 2016) is doing just fine.

3️⃣ Designer bags, shoes, and jewelry — my vice is travel.

4️⃣ The latest tech — I just got my first smart TV. 😅

5️⃣ An expensive gym membership — but I do have a Peloton and adjustable dumbbells.

6️⃣ A massive house — I’d probably downsize if I didn’t love my neighbors so much.

7️⃣ Country club memberships — where everyone is subtly measuring each other’s success. 😏

8️⃣ A new wardrobe every season — trends move too fast, and I truly do not care.

9️⃣ Fast food and chain restaurants — if I’m dining out, I want a really good local mom-and-pop restaurant.

🔟 Expensive athleisurewear — Member’s Mark leggings forever. 💅

Let’s normalize building wealth instead of performing it.

Honorable Mentions:
🍷 Wine collections — give me a cold light beer and call it a day.
💊 Trendy supplements — I’m too paranoid for half the things people put in their bodies.
✈️ First-class flights — more trips > fancier seats. Plus, as someone who hates flying, you feel more movement in the front of the plane. Team middle seat over the wing.

It starts with: ✨ “What’s your why?”
✨ “Who’s your ideal client?”
✨ “How are you paying yourself?”
✨ “What’s holding you back?”

And ends with:
💰 a coaching program
💰 a retreat
💰 a strategy session
💰 a referral partnership

Everyone’s a CEO, CFO (see my previous video), strategist, and coach these days. The titles keep getting bigger while the explanations get increasingly vague. 🤔

The more the conversation revolves around freedom, flexibility, and dream-life marketing—and the less it revolves around actual expertise—the more the 🚩s start adding up.

When CPA's trust your work… you’re doing something right.

This isn’t just about clean books—it’s about accuracy, reliability, and work that holds up when it matters most.

CPA's rely on solid financials to do their job.
And I take that responsibility seriously.

No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just bookkeeping done right.

Mistakes happen — and that’s okay. 💕 I'll always be here to help.

Sometimes you try one direction… and realize it wasn’t the right fit.

What matters is correcting it and moving forward.

No judgment. No pressure. Just getting your books back on track.

These may not seem like huge flexes to everyone, and I absolutely recognize I had a major advantage not starting adulthood buried in student loan debt.

But to me? These are everything.

Have a BLESSED day. 😏
