I am excited to share some wonderful news about the next chapter of our Allstate agency!
I have recently accepted a new opportunity to continue serving as an Allstate Agency Owner through a virtual agency model, effective December 1, 2026.
This transition allows us to embrace a more modern and convenient way of doing business while continuing to provide the same personal attention, quality service, and genuine care that our clients have come to know and expect.
Over the years, we've noticed that more than 80% of our business is already conducted by phone and online. With that in mind, transitioning to a virtual agency is a natural next step that allows us to focus even more on how our clients prefer to communicate and do business.
So, what does this mean for you?
Simply put, very little changes!
I am still your Allstate Agency Owner, and our commitment to you remains exactly the same. We will continue to be available to answer your questions, review your coverage, assist with policy changes, help with claims, and provide the dependable service you deserve.
Beginning December 1, 2026, we will officially transition to our virtual agency model and will no longer operate from our physical office at 706 S. Main Street, Wildwood, FL 34785.
While our day-to-day operations will now be virtual, we understand that there may be times when meeting face-to-face is necessary. For those situations, we will have access to an agency office in Leesburg, Florida, where in-person appointments can be arranged when needed. All appointments will begin with a phone call so we can determine the best way to assist you.
I want to personally reassure each of you that our location may be changing, but our standards are not. The same dedication, professionalism, integrity, and personal concern that we've always had for our clients will remain at the heart of everything we do.
This is an exciting opportunity for me as an agency owner, and I look forward to continuing to grow, evolve, and serve you in this new capacity.
Most importantly, I want to thank you for your continued trust, loyalty, referrals, and support mean more to me than you know. It is because of clients like you that I have the opportunity to continue doing what I love.
