In this business… relationships matter. Trust matters. Rapport matters.
After 25 years in the mortgage industry, one thing I can say with confidence is that no one does this alone. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of building amazing relationships with escrow officers, title reps, appraisers, agents, underwriters, and processors. And let me tell you… when you build genuine relationships and earn people’s trust, they will go out of their way to help make things happen.
That’s why I value loyalty and connection so much.
It means a lot when you can laugh this hard with your loan processor after 18 years of working together because that relationship was built through long days, difficult files, problem solving, trust, and consistency.
So today I want to highlight someone who has been a huge part of my business for many years — Jessica Ankele, owner of JMA Loan Processing.
Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she genuinely goes above and beyond for my clients and files. If I miss something, she catches it. She’s always one step ahead when it comes to LOEs, conditions, monitoring rates, and helping keep transactions moving smoothly.
In a business where details matter, having people you trust beside you is everything.
