Sean is joining us with a foundation that has been years in the making.

He grew up alongside the Roman household, one of Avian’s first friends, with roots that go back to baseball fields, long days, and a standard built early. They have been playing baseball together since kindergarten. His father coached alongside my husband, which gave us a front row seat to how he was raised, how he competes, and how he shows up.

That matters.

Because what you see now did not happen overnight.

Sean brings a competitive edge shaped through years as a high school athlete. Fast, driven, and disciplined. As a catcher, he learned how to see the full picture, build trust, and take control when it counts. That mindset translates directly into how he approaches his work and the people around him.

But what makes Sean stand out goes beyond performance.

He is a natural connector.

The kind of person who builds relationships easily, brings energy into any room, and knows how to make people feel comfortable while still holding himself to a high standard.

That balance is rare.

He also carries a strong sense of responsibility outside of work, especially as a big brother, where he is intentional about guiding, teaching, and being an example.

And when you talk to Sean about why he is here, it is simple. He wants to build real relationships, be surrounded by people he trusts, and continue to grow.

Rob is officially joining us part-time in Customer Service & Retention, and this role is a big one — because in our world, the relationship doesn’t stop once coverage is in place… that’s where the real work begins.

Making sure families feel just as protected on year 5 as they did on day 1 — and Rob is built for that mission.

He brings 16+ years of financial services experience as a Product Owner and transformation leader, with a background spanning customer journeys, underwriting, training, quality, and regulatory operations — all translating into stronger follow-through and higher customer confidence for the households we serve.

He understands that every call, every note, every renewal touchpoint matters.

And if you get a call from us first thing in the morning — bright-eyed and bushy-tailed — it’s probably Rob already checking in and making sure no one falls through the cracks.

Agustín is a true Wheeling community advocate who has volunteered hundreds of hours serving our residents — connecting families to resources, coordinating support, and stepping in wherever help was needed most. His role behind the scenes has played a massive part in strengthening our local community.
