Responsibilities:
✅ Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
✅ Assist customers with insurance policy questions, claims, and billing questions.
✅ Maintain customer records and update policies as needed.
✅ Collaborate with the team to achieve office goals and provide support as required.
✅ Stay up-to-date with State Farm products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Strong problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
🔹 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new software systems.
🔹 Previous customer service experience is a plus.
🔹 Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
