As Jared spends this week celebrating hitting his 11-year milestone with Dean Ballenger Agency, he's also celebrating being named Erie Insurance's 2026 Producer of the Year at the Erie Annual Bridge Meeting!

This award not only reflects the work he has put in over this past year, but his dedication to serving our clients, building relationships, and showing up for our team.

To make this honor even more meaningful, this marks the first time this award has been earned consecutively by the same agency, following Christian winning the award in 2025!! Woo-hoo!!

We are so proud of you, Jared, and can not be more happy to have you on the team and celebrate alongside you!

It all started with one.

One person with a dream to build something bigger than himself, an agency focused on more than just insurance, but a place where people can grow, connect, and be inspired to make an impact of their own.

Every year, as the familiar red, white, and blue shoe delivery arrives, we take a moment to reflect on how far this journey has come. This year, an additional 14 pairs were delivered; one for each person who now is helping work to carry the vision forward.

These shoes represent more than growth. They represent the people working behind the name, the team walking alongside the vision, and the lives impacted along the way. With what began as one has become many, with each step inspiring other to dream bigger. Thank you to every person who has been part of the journey, we can't wait to see what's in store.
