Good afternoon, Several of you wanted to know more about me “going Over the edge” supporting " Stop Youth Violence”! Here is the link to donate and more info. I will not have a time until I raise $1000. I’m almost there! I really appreciate all the donations so far!

ATTENTION! Special open enrollment for people below 150% of Federal Poverty Level! Here's some info!

The new Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for individuals making less than or equal to (≤) 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) is expected to be implemented on Healthcare.gov and HealthSherpa in late March 2022.

If you want to submit a client’s application for a 4/1/22 effective date, we recommend that you wait until the SEP is operationalized on HealthSherpa. We will email you as soon as this new SEP is launched.

≤150% FPL SEP Details

APTC-eligible consumers with a projected annual income ≤150% FPL will be able to enroll on a monthly basis:
• Eligible consumers who are new to the Marketplace can enroll year-round.
• Eligible consumers who are currently enrolled to change plans on a monthly basis.

This SEP will offer accelerated effective dates, meaning you can enroll a client any day of the month for coverage beginning the first day of the month after plan selection. You will still need to complete any necessary follow ups for these clients.

Medicaid-eligible individuals or individuals in the Medicaid Gap cannot qualify for this SEP, as they are not APTC-eligible. However, lawfully present immigrants who are ineligible for Medicaid due to their immigration status may qualify for APTC and would therefore qualify for this SEP.

Remember, each household in the U.S. can also have four free COVID-19 at-home tests shipped directly to their home at no cost. Visit COVIDtests.gov to order tests or learn more about testing.
If you suspect fraud, call 1-800-MEDICARE to report it.
