UPDATE about potential network changes for UnitedHealthcare:

Yale New Haven Health and UnitedHealthcare are undergoing routine negotiations regarding continued access to YNH hospitals, facilities, and physicians. If an agreement is not made, the first day out of network will be January 4, 2026.
