🎉 Happy National Boss’s Day! 🎉

Today we celebrate the person who somehow manages to keep us on track, answer approximately 847 questions a day, survive our insurance jokes, and still show up the next day. 😂

But seriously, we’re grateful for the leadership, patience, encouragement, and laughs you bring to our team. You make work better, the tough days easier, and the wins even more fun to celebrate.

So today, we hope you enjoy your coffee while it’s still hot, your inbox stays suspiciously quiet, and nobody says, “Got a minute?” 😆☕️

Happy National Boss’s Day! We appreciate you — even when you make us work. ❤️😂

Something special is coming... ❤️🤍💙

This wall has always been one of my favorite parts of our office, but it's about to become something much more meaningful.

Over the next few weeks, we're transforming it into a place to honor the military heroes who have impacted the lives of our customers, friends, family, and community.
Stay tuned... we can't wait to share it with you. 🇺🇸

🥳🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our boy MITCHELL!! 🎉🥳

The guy who keeps us laughing until our tummies hurt, always puts a smile on our faces… and mayyyy cause an eye roll or two along the way. 🙄😂

Behind all the jokes and shenanigans is seriously one of the sweetest hearts around. ❤️ We are so thankful for everything you bring to our little work family — the laughs, the energy, and never a dull moment!

We love ya, Mitch! Hope your day is full of all your favorite things… and that you behave yourself. 😉🎂😂

Everyone help us wish Mitchell a BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! 🎈🥳

☀️ Monday Morning Meeting ☀️

Our word of the day today was PERSPECTIVE. 👀

Yesterday’s Vikings game was the perfect example. 💜🏈 They were down, things weren’t looking great, and it would’ve been easy to think the game was over.

But they kept going, shifted the momentum, and came back to WIN by 17! 🙌

A good reminder for our team: Things may not always be going the way we want in the moment, but that doesn’t mean the outcome is decided.

✨ Change your perspective.
✨ Keep showing up.
✨ Keep pushing.
✨ Finish strong.

It’s not always about how you start — it’s about how you finish! 💪

💜💛

Welcome to the Team, Kathleen! 🎉😂

Everyone, meet the newest addition to our team… Kathleen! 👋❤️

On her VERY FIRST DAY, we decided to test her out a little and told her that we say the Pledge of Allegiance before every team meeting. 🇺🇸😂

And guess what? SHE WENT ALONG WITH IT!!😂👏

At that moment, we knew… she’s going to fit right in! 🤣

We are SO happy to have you here, Kathleen! We’re excited for all the laughs, memories, teamwork, and yes… probably a few more pranks along the way. 😉

Welcome to the team! We’re lucky to have you! ❤️🎉

When you accidentally coordinate your outfits like you coordinated your insurance policies. 😂❤️

No meeting, no group chat, no planning… just three coworkers showing up in matching colors like it was part of the dress code.
